Hello,

I have a problem, I want to charge my ACER laptop battery 19V/4.74 A with Telwin Drive 13000. I have also a plug charger of 19V/3,42 A so same voltage and amperage as Drive 13000 which works without problems.
Now, my problem is that when I try to charge the laptop with Drive 13000 and switch the button ON it will charge only for about 5 seconds and then Drive 13000 goes off again. Can you please help me to understand what happen?
