The M281 printer has a grinding sound as it processes the print request. Quality of print is very good but the grinding noise is a major concern. I am trying to replace the fuser on this machine, repair video says no tools required but there is a duplexer sitting in front o f the Fuser and the release tabs on the fuser do not release the Fuser. any suggestions?
